Therapy Rates
Therapy session rates are based on insurance benefits, private pay arrangements, or approved sliding scale agreements. Session fees may vary depending on the type and length of service provided.
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, therapy services may be covered in full or in part. Please contact your insurance provider directly to verify your mental health benefits and coverage for psychotherapy services.
Helpful questions to ask your insurance provider include:
- Does my plan include mental health or behavioral health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is the amount and has it been met?
- Does my plan limit the number of therapy sessions per year?
- Is prior authorization or a referral required for services?
- What is my copay, coinsurance, or out-of-pocket responsibility?
Private Pay & Payment Options
Private pay options are available for individuals seeking services outside of insurance coverage. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted forms of payment include:
- Cash
- Check
- All major credit cards
- HSA/FSA cards
- Secure online payments through the client portal
Speaking Engagements, Trainings & Keynotes
Rates for keynote speaking engagements, professional trainings, workshops, consultations, and organizational wellness services vary based on the scope of the event, length of presentation, audience size, preparation needs, and travel requirements.
Speaking and training services may include:
- Conference keynote presentations
- Professional development trainings
- Organizational wellness workshops
- Leadership and team trainings
- University and educational presentations
- Community wellness events

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a $160 cancellation/no-show fee.
Sliding Scale Policy
We are committed to increasing access to mental health services for individuals experiencing financial hardship. Limited sliding scale appointments may be available for uninsured or underinsured clients based on income and eligibility.
Individuals requesting discounted services may be asked to complete a Sliding Fee Scale Application and provide supporting documentation prior to the appointment.
