Growth begins with a willingness to explore what’s possible. Whether you’re seeking immersive intensives, EMDR consultation, clinical supervision, wellness retreats, or impactful trainings and keynote experiences, my work is designed to support meaningful, sustainable growth at both individual and organizational levels.
If you’re ready to deepen your understanding, strengthen your practice, or create more intentional and responsive systems, I invite you to begin that work here.
My work centers on trauma-informed care, racial equity, and culturally responsive practice. As a consultant, trainer, speaker, and clinician with over two decades of experience in the mental health field, I partner with professionals, organizations, and communities to move beyond awareness into actionable, lasting change.
I provide EMDR consultation and both clinical and macro-level supervision for emerging and established clinicians seeking to deepen their trauma-informed and culturally responsive work. My approach supports professionals in building confidence, expanding clinical skill, and navigating complex dynamics related to trauma, identity, and systemic inequities.
I am also a keynote speaker and facilitator, working with organizations, healthcare systems, universities, and community groups to deliver engaging and transformative trainings. My speaking and training areas include trauma-informed care, implicit bias, race-based stress and trauma, burnout prevention, and mental health within marginalized communities. I am known for creating spaces that are reflective, honest, and grounded in practical application.
In addition, I design and lead wellness retreats and professional development experiences that create intentional space for restoration, reflection, and reconnection—particularly for helping professionals and leaders navigating high levels of responsibility and stress.
While my work primarily focuses on consultation, training, and professional development, I also offer a limited number of therapy and intensive services for individuals and couples seeking deeper, focused support around trauma, relationships, and life transitions.
Across all areas of my work, I am committed to creating spaces that are thoughtful, culturally responsive, and grounded in both compassion and accountability.
I believe that when individuals and systems commit to intentional growth, the impact extends far beyond a single space—it strengthens communities, organizations, and future generations.
“The path to peace is often paved with growth, grace, and gentle resilience.”
Thank you for being here.
Warmly,Nedra Cannon, LMSW
